HSU organiser Elizabeth McDonald will be on site this Friday (8 November) with the latest bargaining news.

In the meantime, negotiations for your Enterprise Agreement (EA) are underway at Sydney Adventist Hospital! A number of bargaining meetings have been postponed but importantly SAN management have received your HSU log of claims and is currently preparing a response to these. 

Importantly HSU members have been working hard to develop the changes we say need to be fixed in the classification structure. These proposals have been submitted to management and we expect a response later this week.

What’s next? 

If we’re going to win real, positive, changes to your EA, HSU members need to be involved in these negotiations, and we need to grow the union in your workplace.
