Annual leave, weekends, the eight hour day, sick leave - these entitlements weren't just given to us, they were campaigned for and won by workers and unions throughout history. 

Workers in the health sector are essential to the running of our society. In order to protect and support our members, we campaign and fight together to protect these hard won entitlements and defend our rights in the workplace.

Campaigning includes bargaining for fair wages, lobbying for just laws and regulations, raising awareness of workplace issues and ensuring that all health workers are safe at work.

Where one voice might be shouted down, together, as a union, we are deafening.
