NSW Health Pathology has advised the HSU of a proposed change to the Westmead Central Specimen Reception (CSR) Department involving changes to the shift requirements for Technical Officers.

NSWHP intends to delete 1 FTE HSM1 position (CSR Trainer), increase 2 FTE in Technical Officer positions, and change the roster for all 5 Technical Officer positions to cover all shifts in the 24/7 Laboratory.
