South Western Sydney Local Health District has advised the HSU of a proposed realignment of the operational management of the Paediatric to Adult (P2A) service, Keeping Well in Community Directorate within Primary and Community Health.

The District claims that recent service planning identified that the Manager, Specialist Intellectual Disability Health Team (SIDHT) is better placed to support the P2A service and Coordinator.

The District has scheduled a consultation meeting on Thursday 24 October at 1:30pm, and will accept feedback for a further two weeks following the meeting.
