St Agnes Care and Lifestyle: Have your say on your new EA!

Dear Member,

Last year, your employer’s representatives ACCPA approached HSU members to renegotiate your enterprise agreement, which sets out your wages and conditions. This was to be part of a process with other employers from across the state.

However, St Agnes Care and Lifestyle management have now approached HSU members to step away from the process and negotiate a separate enterprise agreement.

This is a positive outcome because it means discussions can focus on the specific conditions members want at St Agnes Care and Lifestyle.

To start planning for these negotiations, HSU members met to discuss the top priorities.

HSU members tabled a log of claims to ACCPA earlier in this process, which is a list of improvement for wages and conditions in a new EA. It has been some time , so it’s important that members have their say once again to ensure the log of claims reflects your top priorities.
