Southern NSW Local Health District has advised the HSU of a proposal to change the administrative hours at Crookwell District Hospital.

The proposed changes include:

• Additional administrative operating hours – weekends 0800-1630. All staff to be rostered to accommodate additional shifts.
• No change to staffing – 2.77 FTE to be fully recruited by October 2024 – an offer has been accepted.
• No changes to organisational structure, positions or reporting lines.
• All administrative positions to be included in this new roster.

Management says the purpose of the change is to provide administrative support for the hospital on the weekends.
