The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (SCHN) has advised the HSU of its proposal to realign some administration officer roles following the recent restructuring of Clinical Operations.

The proposed changes include:

• Deletion of 1FTE AO Surgical Stream - allegedly currently vacant
• Re-allocation of the remaining AO5 positions to align with the new streams (no job loss)
• Creation of two HM1 positions
