The bargaining process for the new Royal Far West Agreement has begun. The Agreement will detail your rights at work, covering everything from pay and classification arrangements, leave entitlements, to outreach and Working From Home provisions and much more. Currently, RFW bargaining representatives along with HSU officials are developing a log of claims to present to management. Now it’s time for HSU members to have your say about the draft log of claims and any other changes you want to see in your pay and conditions.
