RNSH Healthshare: Are they paying you correctly?

HSU has been made aware that HealthShare has not been paying RNSH food services employees correctly. HealthShare is directing employees to take “Time in Lieu” instead of paying the overtime rates employees are entitled to. This is a breach of your Award. 
 
Employees cannot be directed to take “Time in Lieu” instead of being paid overtime rates. If you wish to take Time in Lieu, this must be agreed and done in writing. 
 
HSU is currently in dispute with HealthShare and we are seeking back pay. If you are an affected employee or know someone who is, please contact [E-Mail not displayed] to be included in the backpay claim.
