Yesterday at a member meeting on zoom, PTO members discussed stepping up and taking new actions in the fight to get a strong and fair Award. It’s clear the Ministry does not intend to listen to PTO members’ log of claims, leaving members with little choice but to take action.

Many actions were discussed at yesterday’s member meeting, including ongoing safety bans and some proposed new safety bans. Members take the safety of PTOs, patients and the community extremely seriously: additional bans around safety will be voted on separately to the bans related directly to the Award log of claims.
