Last Wednesday 29 May, your HSU representatives brought Inala management to the Fair Work Commission over their secrecy regarding the potential back-payment to staff.

While Inala is still hiding behind legal technicalities to keep its report hidden, it has committed to inform workers of the details of any underpayments in 3 weeks’ time.

Inala will then contact individual workers for consultation on their specific circumstances.
