Canberra Health Services: Development of new Integrated Care Team roles

Dear Member,
Canberra Health Services has advised the HSU of its intention to develop HPO 4 Social Work positions under the Integrated Care Team at Canberra Health Services.
The professional reporting line for these positions will be to the Patient Navigation Operational Manager (HPO5), Integrated Care, with links to broader CHS Allied Health professional development network.
