HSU Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Assistant members have waited long enough for new and modern Awards which recognize the complexity of our work, and the understaffing and poor pay which is bleeding skilled professionals to other states.

Now is our time to change this situation. HSU Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Assistant Delegates have worked tirelessly to develop a new Award which creates new conditions, classifications, and improved pay to attract and retain staff.

HSU Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Assistant Delegates are ready to present these claims to members for feedback. All HSU Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Assistant members are invited to attend a mass meeting on December 11 at the following times. Please register early as this is required for attendance.

This is an incredibly important moment for Pharmacy. After 15 years of being underpaid and overworked, now is our time! We can only win with all Pharmacy members and all other Allied Health members working together and actively fighting for the changes you want to see.

• The proposed Award structure included amalgamated Award for Allied Health.
• Proposed profession specific Award claims.
• Proposed new HSU Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Assistant classifications.
• Proposed new HSU Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Assistant pay claims.
