Northcott has advised the HSU that they intend to make changes to Support Coordination services. Northcott is proposing to separate Support Coordination services and transition these services to a provider called Allinto.

Citing the NDIS Review and the recommendations of the Disability Royal Commission as the reasons for this change, Northcott intends to make these changes by the end of October 2024, subject to consultation.

Throughout this process, affected members have the right to be consulted with to discuss the changes and how it may impact you.
