The HSU has received correspondence from Northern NSW Local Health District about a proposed restructure affecting senior management within Adult Mental Health Services.

The District proposes to delete the position of Mental Health Service Manager and create a Community Mental Health Service Manager position. The District also proposes to make the Director of Nursing operationally responsible for adult mental health inpatient units in the District.
