NNSWLHD: Clarence Nursing & Midwifery Restructure

Northern NSW Local Health District has advised the HSU of a proposed restructure of Clarence Nursing and Midwifery Service.
The proposed changes are as follows:
- Clinical Support Officers (A03) and Hospital Reception staff (A03) at Maclean District Hospital would report to the Deputy Director of Nursing.
- The District states there will be no change to Patient Support Officers (A02) and the Emergency Department Administration staff (A03) would continue to report through the relevant Nursing Unit Managers (NUMs).
- Grafton Clinical Support Officers (A03) and Hospital Reception staff (A03) would report to the Clarence Deputy Director of Nursing - Medical and Critical Care and the outpatient clinic administration staff would report to the Clarence Deputy Director of Nursing - Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Ambulatory Care.
