NDIA needs your feedback

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is currently looking for feedback regarding a research project into helping people with disability at work. For this project, the NDIA is looking to talk to staff who have worked in Australian Disability Enterprises (ADEs) and discuss their experiences. We’re looking for staff feedback from across all areas of ADEs, from factory work assistance to business services.

These insights will assist the NDIA with understanding which approaches to ADE work is effective, what types of work people do, what helps participants move from ADEs to open employment, and what challenges do external employers encounter when employing ADE participants.

If you have any feedback regarding your experience with ADEs, please email your HSU organiser Emmett Gray at [E-Mail not displayed] by no later than Wednesday 5 July 2023.

Do you know someone who isn’t a member of the HSU? Send them this email and make sure they are represented. Being a member of the HSU means there’s always someone by your side, fighting for your rights.
