Afford management have notified HSU members of a significant restructure across their business. These changes relate to the cessation of Allied Health services at Afford and the consolidation of Customer Care services to operate from the Afford Minchinbury office.

Afford has advised that various positions will be made redundant as a result of these changes. Afford has reported that these changes should take effect from 1 July 2023.

Afford has also advised that their recruitment team is available to assist in resume writing and interview preparation for affected staff members and that Afford will work with staff to provide them with any current vacancies that they have.
