The HSU has received correspondence from Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network about a proposed realignment of the Digital Health and Information Directorate.

According to Justice Health, this realignment is required to help deliver on the new Justice Health NSW Strategic plan. They say the proposed realignment is intended also to bring ‘pay parity with LHDs for specialised roles, and enable [Justice Health] to recruit to unfilled positions in the Digital Services and Solutions area’.

Management say they anticipate affected staff, where possible, will be aligned to suitable positions following due policy.
