Dear Member,

Since the last Union-Specific Consultative Committee (USCC) meeting around the introduction of Kronos, Calvary have now provided a consent form that they intend to utilise and includes how the data will used and stored.

Calvary has advised that the initial ‘go live’ date of 15 July 2024 has been delayed by approximately six weeks.

In addition to this, two new Kronos clock locations have been identified for the facility. The two new clock locations are:

• South Block / New Med Building Junction on Level 4 (installed)
• Research centre - McAuley Level 6 (installation pending)
