The HSU has received correspondence from Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District about a proposed restructure of District Finance within the Finance and Corporate Services Directorate.

ISLHD says this restructure is following a recent review of the District’s senior management structure conducted by Ernst & Young. It also says that the proposed structure has been discussed with relevant staff.
