Your interstate ICON colleagues have been fighting to improve their wages and conditions and now it’s your turn!

Negotiations for the ICON NSW Radiation Therapists enterprise agreement will kick off shortly and it’s vital you’re involved.

During these negotiations, our strength lies in our unity, and we must stick together as your employer may try anything to splinter the collective and water down your resolve.

ICON are considering whether it will backflip on passing on the standard annual pay increase, which it previously relied on to delay the start of these negotiations.

If ICON does go back on its previous commitment this would be a disappointing starting point for enterprise bargaining, to say the least. It’s vital workers come to an important meeting on Wednesday, 24 July at 6.30pm to talk next steps in the lead up to our first bargaining meeting with ICON the following week.
