Your HSU bargaining representatives met with ICON on Tuesday and clarified members’ absolute final position of a shared wage table from 1 January 2025.

We expect to hear back from ICON representatives next Tuesday and will hold a members’ meeting at 12:30pm on Wednesday, 22 May to update members on how discussions went before voting on potential protected industrial action, if necessary.

The fact that we are so much closer to securing a common wages table across NSW/ACT/QLD in the life of this agreement is a testament to the incredible solidarity at Medical Physics at ICON. The company is also reworking the CPD clause based on your feedback.
