Great work to everyone for forcing your employer to listen to your feedback during last week’s enterprise agreement information sessions!

SVCMI&NM have revised the Radiography classification structure to prevent people from being left behind, because HSU members stood together and told them it wasn’t good enough!

Because of this change, the seven-day period before a vote on the EA will now be restarted to allow you all time to fully consider the changes before deciding how to vote.

This does not mean the proposed EA is perfect!

If you are still unhappy with how your employer have mapped you on to the new structure, write to Loma Avery and cc in your organiser [E-Mail not displayed] ASAP.

The EA vote will now commence on Thursday, 23 May at 9am. Make sure to have your say when voting opens!

Whatever the outcome of the vote, all members should be incredibly proud of your hard work to bring your employer to the table to renegotiate this outdated agreement and secure long overdue increases to pay and entitlements for HSU members at SVCMI&NM.
