HSU members at Arthur Blackburn have raised concerns about excessive workloads and bullying action from management. It’s important we stand together and call for action to make sure everyone is safe and healthy at work.

RSL LifeCare has a duty to provide a workplace which is safe and healthy. This includes a workplace which is free from bullying and harassment, and where staff have reasonable and manageable workloads.
