Congratulations to HSU members at Cabrini, who stood together and successfully demanded management correctly pay out their accrued annual leave!

Twenty-one members have now had their leave balances increased by a combined 2334 hours of missing leave, to reflect the fifth week of annual leave they had accrued (as shift workers).

This only happened because HSU members came together to demand better and patiently gathered their payslips and roster details, which were used to prove management was in the wrong.

This outcome is a major win for workers at Cabrini. This was only achieved by working together as HSU members.
