HealthShare NSW: Proposed roster changes for Patient Support Services, Maclean Hospital

Dear Member,

HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) has advised the HSU of a proposed change to Patient Support Services at Maclean Hospital. HSNSW has advised it will be conducting a consultation meeting on Monday, 11 November at 2pm at Maclean Patient Support Services to discuss the proposal with staff.

Current roster:

  • 4 shifts of 8 hours, operating 7 days a week
  • 1 shift of 4 hours, Monday to Friday

Proposed roster with the updated service model:

  • 5 shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday
  • 1 shift of 4 hours, Saturday and Sunday
