SCHN Aboriginal Health Unit restructure
-
Published October 24, 2024
Dear Member,
The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (SCHN) has advised the HSU of its proposal to move staff working in the Aboriginal Health Unit under the Aboriginal Health Directorate, including temporary and permanent Project Manager positions. The Network also intends to move the Aboriginal Employment Advisor role from People and Culture to the Aboriginal Health Directorate.
The Network is proposing to delete 1FTE position being that of the Aboriginal Health Hub Manager (HSM4), and to create 3FTE new positions (HSM2, HSM3, HSM4 respectively).
There are also some reporting line changes for several positions.
