The HSU has received reports that CCLHD Pharmacy Management have introduced ‘Close Assist’ while consultation talks are underway regarding the restructure.

This undermines the good faith consultation process and the commitment that has been given to the Union that no change will be implemented until the talks have concluded.

The HSU is now directing members not to participate in the close assist concept.
