It’s time to negotiate a new enterprise agreement at St Basil’s. This means that union members can campaign for wage increases and for improvements to conditions at work.

Your new enterprise agreement will cover staff working across all St Basil’s sites, which includes the former Majestic Health, St Nicholas Home for the Aged and Castellorizian Aged Care Services sites.

St Basil’s have proposed to start the negotiation process this week and management say that it is their goal for bargaining to be completed as soon as possible.

While we welcome much-needed pay rises for staff as soon as possible, we also need to make sure that any new enterprise agreement is a good deal for all aged care staff.
