Published November 13, 2024
Dear Member,
The HSU Bargaining Committee needs your feedback on some important updates as negotiations with Bolton Clarke continue.
Bolton Clarke has put a new offer on the table and it’s vital you have your say.
Key updates:
- Bolton Clarke’s salary offer:
- A three per cent increase once the Fair Work Commission (FWC) approves the agreement,
- a 2.5 per cent increase on the first full pay period after your anniversary in year two,
- a 2.5 per cent increase on the first full pay period after your anniversary in year three.
- No to the introduction of the Buddy Shift Recognition/Allowance. Despite Bolton Clarke already having a national program that encourages volunteers and renumerates these employees, it will not enshrine it in the agreement.
- Bolton Clarke is also still maintaining that the safety net wages buffer in the Allity EA will be removed.
