After many months the HSU has finally received the long-awaited report of the review of the Operations Assistants, Wardspersons and Porters at Bankstown Hospital. You can view a copy of the report at this link.

While the report does include an increase of staffing to cover leave for Operation Assistants, there are also a number of recommendations which will have an impact on Wardspersons, Porters and Cleaners.

We are now asking members to review the report and to provide your feedback and comments before the Union replies formally to the Hospital Executive on behalf of members.
