Your HSU bargaining representatives recently met with Aurora Healthcare to reiterate that their 2.5 per cent per year wage increase offer is not enough, and management needs to do better!

Members have made it clear a 2.5 per cent wage increase does not keep up with the rising cost of living and we won’t be settling.

Aurora’s representatives have committed to taking this feedback to the executives for consideration.
