Your bargaining committee met with Healthe Care representatives this week, who did not respond to your counter wage claim of 4.5 per cent per year for three years.

But the company has indicated it will have a new wage offer by Friday 28 June, following its Tuesday board meeting. Additionally, Healthe Care have said no to your claim around cashing out personal leave but indicated it was still considering your claims around public holiday substitution and increased parental leave.

It’s vital you come to the meeting on 28 June to discuss Healthe Care’s new offer and determine our next steps. It’s expected the company will put the offer out to a vote following the new offer.
