ACT Pathology has advised the HSU of the proposed establishment of a Strategic Support Unit at The Canberra Hospital.

Management say the purpose of the proposed change is to consolidate several individual positions into a formal Strategic Support Unit (SSU) within Pathology Administration. Under the proposal, members of the SSU would have the same line manager and work collaboratively as a team.
