UPDATE: Aurora has confirmed with your representatives today the company is scheduling a meeting for further EA negotiation on June 11 with a follow up meeting on 3 July.

Your bargaining team met with Aurora management last week to continue negotiations as part of your new Enterprise Agreement.

As a result of increased union activity in the workplaces Aurora have now come back with an improved wages offer of 2.5 per cent for each of year of the agreement.

This is a start but falls well short of your claim of an eight per cent wage increase per year.

We were also provided a draft agreement, plus a summary of claims which you can see HERE.
