Children’s Healthcare Network: Extended feedback on proposed changes

Following newsletter 495 sent 21 May 2024, the Children’s Healthcare Network has now extended the feedback period for its proposed restructure.

The proposal involves transitioning to a new network, the Children Young People and Families Health Network (CYPFHN). Under the new arrangements, there would be one statewide team focusing on identified statewide priorities with a new governance structure and ways of working. The intention is for CYPFHN to be a network for the state jointly hosted by Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN) and Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD).
