-
Published August 12, 2024
ACT Health has provided the HSU with draft guidelines on the Right to Disconnect for feedback and consultation.
The document provides advice and guidance on the implementation of the right to disconnect provisions in the Fair Work Act, which will commence on 26 August 2024.
The changes mean it is unlawful for your employer to contact you out of hours (with some exceptions) and have been introduced to improve protections for workers.
