Industrial Division
In addition to negotiating Awards and Enterprise Agreements that set out your pay and conditions, the HSU industrial staff represent members in industrial tribunals such as the Fair Work Commission when members have been denied proper entitlements, have been victimised or bullied, or have been unfairly dismissed from their employment.
Some examples of industrial assistance/representation include:
- Unfair dismissals,
- Underpayments and overpayments,
- Disciplinary matters,
- Award variations,
- Regrade requests,
- Workplace disputes,
- Bullying and harassment,
- and a host of other workplace issues.
Members requiring industrial support should contact our Member Services Division on 1300 478 679. You can also send an email outlining your query to [E-Mail not displayed].
