Congratulations! The Fair Work Commission has approved your new enterprise agreement and it is in now in effect!

Key improvements of the new agreement include:

• A three-year agreement
• Wages in line with the Annual Wage Review increase to awards
• Improved parental leave, totalling 12 weeks paid leave
• Predictable hours confirmed in contracts before commencing employment.
• Introduction of Reproductive Health Leave
• 12 days paid personal leave

Your new agreement came about because of the efforts of HSU members across all of the Mission Australia sites! When members stand together, we can make real improvements for workers!
