Congratulations! The Fair Work Commission has approved your new enterprise agreement and it is in now in effect.

A copy of the new agreement can be found here, including the additional undertakings at the end.

Key improvements of the new agreement include:

• 3 per cent per annum wage increases, including backpay of the increase from July 2023.
• Introducing an additional six (6) weeks paid parental leave, and one-week paid partner leave.
• Predictable hours confirmed in contracts before commencing employment.

Your new agreement was the effort of HSU members working together across all Estia sites. When members stand strong together, we can make real improvements at work!
