Hundreds of Healthe Care workers have signed the HSU petition calling for an improved wages offer, currently sitting at 2.5% per year. Your HSU bargaining team has been continually calling Healthe Care to come back to the negotiation table – but do you think they’ve responded?

Healthe Care are trying to delay negotiations until after their April board meeting. Meanwhile, the cost of living shows no sign of decreasing.

HSU members only want a fair wage offer that reflects their value to the company. Why is Healthe Care ignoring them?

Over the coming week HSU organisers will visit Healthe Care workplaces and speak to workers about escalating our campaign.

The first step is an important member meeting to plan our next steps – make sure you’re there!
