The HSU has received correspondence form Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District about a proposed restructure of the People and Culture Directorate.

According to ISLHD, the current proposal put forward is phase 3 of changes as part of the Organisation Design Project which began in early January 2023. These changes will primarily affect the Workforce Support and Workforce Relations teams.
