HSU members working full time at Uniting Crookwell and Taralga have been told they are not eligible to accumulate hours towards an accrued day off. This is not true!

Under Clause 25.4 of the Uniting Enterprise Agreement, ALL full-time workers are entitled to accrue hours towards an Accrued Day Off (ADO). You are entitled to accumulate up to five ADOs and these can be taken by mutual agreement with your employer.

Your ADOs are precious. They allow you to accumulate time to take off when you need it and choose the days that best suit you and your family.

Are you working full time and have:

• Been told you are not entitled to accrue ADOs? and/or
• Had your hours reduced as a result?
