The Ministry of Health have decided to review their policy on secondary employment.

This includes some changes including:  

• Uncertainty around applications for unpaid work.
• A requirement for employees to notify the insurer when claiming workers compensation
• A requirement for the employee to remember to reapply for secondary employment every two years.
