HSU members recently became aware some staff at Sylvanvale were not being paid their First Aid Allowance since July 2023.

Sylvanvale has now responded to queries and claims to have reviewed the “system error” impacting the First Aid Allowance payments for staff. Sylvanvale says it has also identified the impacted staff and the amounts owing.

Staff should have since received the missing payment on Monday, January 22 as a separate pay.

Members are urged to check their payslips as soon as possible to ensure the issues the payment has been made.
