Dear Member,

Your bargaining representatives met with your employer this week to get a response to your HSU log of claims and hear management’s latest wage offer.

The following wage offer is on the table:

• 4 per cent increase from 1 July 2025
• 3 per cent increase from 1 July 2026
• 3 per cent increase from 1 July 2027

Management has also agreed to review the classification structures in your enterprise agreement, and for the agreement to continue for another three years once approved.

However, all other HSU claims have been declined or are still under negotiation.

Your HSU organiser will be on site Tuesday, November 26 to hear your feedback on the wages offer. Please contact Elizabeth on 0457 997 182 to arrange the best time to visit your meal room.

There will be an HSU members’ meeting on Monday, 2 December at 6.30pm to determine our position and next steps. Your bargaining representatives will then meet with management the following day.
