Negotiations for your enterprise agreement will be kicking off in the coming weeks.

It’s important you have your say on what’s important to you in this agreement – fill in the short, confidential survey today and have your say.

It’s crucial for as many people as possible to fill out the survey, as it will form the basis for the log of claims your bargaining committee will take to the bargaining table on your behalf. Complete the survey and pass it on to your colleagues, including non-members.

The only way workers at Sydney Adventist can successfully fight for improvements to wages and conditions is if we grow the HSU in the workplace. If you know a colleague who is not a union member, talk to them today.

If you’re keen to take an active part in the negotiations to secure better pay and conditions, complete the survey and talk to your delegates or organiser about joining the HSU bargaining committee.
