The HSU has received correspondence from South Western Sydney Local Health District about a proposed change to reporting structure in Liverpool Hospital Pharmacy Department.

SWSLHD has advised the position of Deputy Director - Cancer Services (Pharmacist Grade 5) has been established to ‘provide operational oversight of the Cancer Therapy Centre (CTC) pharmacy, ensure adherence to relevant legislation and best practice guidelines and to provide leadership in the area’. This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy, Liverpool Hospital.
