South Western Sydney Local Health District has advised the HSU of the introduction of a ‘Sustainable Workforce Committee’.

SWSLHD says this Committee is meant to ‘increase recruitment transparency and ensure due diligence is applied in establishing and filling roles’.

The matter is tabled for discussion at the upcoming Joint Consultative Committee scheduled to convene on 19 December 2024, so it’s important that HSU members have a say.
